HG will charge the legal 2.5% upon sales closing, and a flat rate for social media campaign.
3. Aggressive Sales Package (ASP)

A special sponsored social media campaign will be provided on all on Hayek group platforms, Facebook, and Instagram pages for the property owner to check.

The property owner will sign an exclusive sales contract to HG for a period of 2-months.

HG will issue a free appraisal report (FAR)

HG will arrange all site visits with potential clients.

HG will be in charge of taking professional pictures and a special video to promote the property.

HG will charge the legal 2.5% upon sales closing, and a flat rate for social media campaign.
